The Florida Center for Partnerships for Arts Integrated Teaching (PAInT), based at USF Sarasota-Manatee, has partnered with Embracing Our Differences to host an arts literacy professional development workshop on Saturday, Feb. 2.

The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in room B336 in USFSM’s Crosley Campus Center. A light breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required by following this link.

The workshop is designed to provide teachers with the resources and support to ensure their own success and that of their students.

Workshop highlights:

  • Four hours of professional development.
  • Artist assistance in the classroom.
  • A trip to the Embracing our Differences Art Exhibition, with complimentary transportation provided.
  • A set of six books for each participating classroom.
